Booking Details

 

Programs can be booked Monday to Friday, and are on a first come, first serve basis. 

 

We are happy to come on Pro-D Days!

 

For more information or to make a booking, please fill out the contact form or call Moon at 778-847-1480, from Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

Teachers and educators are encouraged to speak with other staff members to book a half-day or full day of programs with Moon Bear Mobile Learning Lab.

 

Group rates are available, and kilometer fees will be shared, lowering the cost of each individual program.

 

Please note that programs will be delivered to 1 group / class at a time, except if discussed with Moon prior to booking.

 

Teachers and Educational staff are responsible for ratio and classroom management during presentations / field trips.

 

Field Trips

 

Schools / Daycare Centers / Groups must arrange their own transportation to trail / park / field trip area.

Teachers / Educators must cover ratio, food, and ensure permission slips and waivers are properly filled, in accordance to their own internal policies and procedures.

 

In-Class Presentation and Field-Trip combo

 

Educators are able to book an in-class presentation and field-trip for a similar subject if their desire. Field-Trips can happen on the same day, or at a different time within 2-weeks of the in-class presentation.

 

(Discounted rate and reduced kilometer fees for same day booking).

 

Cancelling/Rescheduling

 

We require a minimum of 2 business days notice to cancel or reschedule your program. You can do so by emailing us at moonbearlearninglab@gmail.com or by phone at 778-847-1480. A late cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply if less than 2 business days notice is given.
